NEW GRADUATE/LAW STUDENTS
Graduate and Law Students may apply to live in University Housing at any time. Waiting lists are chronological and assignments are made year-round, although waiting lists can be quite long during the spring and summer prior to fall semester.
If you are seeking rental housing in the community and your arrival in Berkeley is more than two months away, please read the following information about When to Look. You may be surprised to learn that there is such a thing as looking too early in the local rental market!
If the time is right for you to begin your housing search, you can initiate a subscription ($20 for up to 3 months of listing access) by clicking here and following the easy instructions.
